CWP Online is a web-based app for the monitoring of water pumps and related equipment which are used in a health-care setting including the hospital, clinic, or other similar facility at which you work (hereinafter: "Hospital").
Baxter acts as a "processor" of your personal data for the purposes of providing CWP Online to the Hospital. This means that we will only use your personal data to provide CWP Online in accordance with the instructions of the Hospital. The Hospital remains the ultimate "controller" of your personal data and it is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with the data protection legislation applicable in the country of your residence.
Baxter respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We will always process your personal data in accordance with data protection laws and any other applicable laws relating to or impacting on the processing of your personal data.
We collect and use the following personal data about you: your contact details (first name, surname, address, phone number) and account details (user name, password, user ID, job title, language, data needed to manage your session within CWP Online). We collect your personal data directly from you when you give it to us (e.g. you create or activate your user account on CWP Online). We may also receive your personal data from the Hospital.
Baxter collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of providing and supporting CWP Online to the Hospital.
For ensuring the proper operation of CWP Online, we will make available your personal data to our affiliates and subcontractors that provide technical support services. All Baxter affiliates and subcontractors involved with the processing of your personal data are contractually bound by strict obligations on data privacy and data security. Given that some of these entities are located outside of your country of residence, we have taken measures to ensure that they provide an adequate level of data protection and that appropriate legal transfer mechanisms are used as required by the applicable data protection laws.
